I started acting in 1961 at age 16 ("The Curious Savage"), and since then I've done somewhere around 90 shows, mostly straight plays, a few musicals, one opera ("Otello"). I have a doctorate in history and taught for 30 years, still doing theatre in between, full time since I retired. I recently did "The Dresser" (Norman) and my current project is "Wiesenthal," by Tom Dugan, which I am preparing to take to The Fringe next August. I've published 7 crime novels, I have practiced martial arts for 20 years, I'm a Viet Nam veteran, married, with 2 grown children.
